Review of PACIFIC CATV, INC.

I had problems with getting one of my T.V. sets to work. I tried to call the company -NO ANSWER ----- I called and called ---------------No one answering phones for Problems ? Not a good way to do business .They need technicians on call to make connection repairs even if they sit at office and talk people about what to do or try in order to get the service to work. Also sales rep was here the day of install .told me about package deals ,I told him to talk to my wife .He said he would be back the next day --------------Never came ---------never called .No a good way to do business ,We are already un-happy .ph. ********
