Review of Accent Micro - Head Office

Hi! I bought a laptop in accent micro sm southmall. I tried the laptop before purchasing it and the left arrow in the keyboard fall off. I thought its ok since i can just put it back on. But after sometime, as I was typing tje left arrow key will always fall off. I went to accent micro so they can fix it. They accomodated me and told me that it wil take a month to be fixed. After a month i went back and to my surprise. My laptop was mot yet fixed and it just stayed in the store for a month. Imagine my disappointment. I needed my laptop back since im using it for work.but I wanted it fixed. So, the lady apologized and assured me that they will senc it to the supplier immediately. I had to wait for another month. Recently i got a txt message from the ladu asking my password and informing me my unit will be reformatted. I was shocked. Since the only problem with my unit was a freaking left arrow key that always fall out when typing. And now, my unit needs to be reformatted and they need my password. Do you need a password to fix a freakin left key??? Please enlighten me on this . I am greatly disappointed with the service i am getting. Hoping there will be an action for this.
