Review of Accent Micro - Head Office

Hi to all those who are planning to purchase any electronics product, please think purchasing it at Accent Micro. I bought my laptop there just like the one wrote his/her review here when I brought my laptop the only problem was it opens/reads slow and it was even test by their technician and advice me to leave it to them for check and after 2 weeks after they said that the problem of my laptop is now the wifi and touchpad. How can it be, I told the technician when the time I brought it there the only problem maybe is the software now it's the hardware. I've waited for 2 months to repair it I need to follow up everyday. Their customer service is inefficient even their branch manager when I called at first his busy with a client in the other line,. I left my number but no return call and when I called back they said his on break and after 3 hrs his still on break. What kind of branch manager is he taking a break for 3 hours, how can he handles well the branch his managing. Calling the attention of Accent Micro Head Office Human Resources check on your employees how efficient. lastly when I call again, how a lie same day I called after 3 hours the one answered me she said that now their branch manager particularly Glen Santos of Accent Micro Park Royale Ortigas. The character of this branch manager reflects what kind of employee he is, inefficient, irresponsible. He even teach/tells his staff to lie that when someone ask for him tell them that his not around and on leave. What kind of manager is that. To end my review I just want to warn every consumer to avoid and think many times and try to read reviews when buying at Accent Micro unreliable IT shop.
