non-reliable and cause too much delayed, we expecting that TEL-PPT Service Corporation is fast, reliable and trusted but its not it brings more worries because of other employees that are not doing their job to this corporation. i am sorry to tell this because i have already experiencing it now, how many days delayed until now i did not received my passport. June 28, 2012 is the releasing, its July 2, 2012 now, what are the liaison Officer doing???? how can they satisfied customer if it is like this right???

I have the same problem, did not done my wifes NBI and send me back the form to do it with red ribbons ...
do they know what they are doing ...

I was about to deposit amounting 6640 pesos today and mail my docs from abroad but when i tried to check their review i haven’t found any but only 1 scam alert. Now i’m confuse as whether i should proceed or not coz i badly need the docs to be authenticated.
