Review of PUERTO PRINCESA CATV, INC.

2.0
We have a connection to a pole that is very close to our house but your service crew says it is no good. Instead of fixing it they decide to connect us to another pole which just happens to be quite far away. In order to do this they used several bits and pieces of old wire all tied together, for which they charged me 650 pesos and declined to give me a receipt.
The picture was a great improvement over what we had previously, and lasted several days before it started to go bad again. The service man (cable guy Rey 0947 220 1164) gave me his number and said I could call him and he would come and fix it again. No problem he said, but he never came and never even replied my text. Most of the English channels that we like to watch are broken up and not viewable. Then to make all this more interesting I keep finding DISCONNECTION NOTICES on my gate saying we are in arrears in our payments and we have 5 days to fix it. Truth is that we always pay our bills and have all our receipts, and your records need your attention. Palawan Pawn shops like to take only the basic payment of 448 p and dont want to take the 598 p that we should pay. So it is possible that your records could be showing this. Not our problem. Where do we go from here?
