Review of COCA-COLA PHILIPPINES - HEAD OFFICE

1.0
Well, my restaurant the oriental spice gourmet in basak, Lapu Lapu city mwho has been a customer since it opened in 2009. I know I am not a big customer but I just do not understand why we usually has problem in ordering. Whenever my wife place an order, it was either we has not paid for the previous order, the agent who deal with us is not available. Just this morning, my wife called the person in charge of the agent and he told my wife there is still an pending payment of over 6 thousands pesos. When my wife told him that it has already been paid on 28th December of last year and even gave him the cheaque number, he turn around and said I do not trust you and that she has to produce an OR number. After about 10 to 15 minutes another agent came by the restaurant and present the cheaque which has to be altered. So, whose fault is it when the payment has been done but not cashed? Instead of dealing with his agent to ask about it, he blindly insisted that no payment has been made. Now, I am wondering is this the way Coca Cola with such an big reputation treat their customers? I am sure those who has the authority to answer a phone call must has go through some proper training in responding to customers question and complain. When I was in uk, working with Pizza Hut which is under Pepsi co international, we have to go through some training before we can take up any positions in the company.
