Very poor service. Im a sun postpaid subscriber for almost a decade. I terminated my 3line bundles and changed it to plan 300 so i can control usage to Globe lines which entails fees. I was asked to submit financial documents when i requested my plan. Told me wait for a week for approval until the manager approached and we can get approval today. True enough, my termination of old plan and changing to 3 plan 300 lines were processed on a wednesday but was told to come back theff day to get the sim. So i returned the ff day and she told me , ok na. That was a thursday. Today is friday and we still cant use the new sim. We cant even call their numbers found in the website. Very very poor service. So disappointing.
