Male employee is disrespectful to Senior Citizen by way of service
same had bad character and an attitude issue.

Ive been using LBC for a long time now. And i have to say, the service is great specially in serin lbc branch (jay dimaranan) however. Whenever i go to fora tagaytay branch. A grumpy staff (nyren peji) is not so respectful with costumers. Pls do something about this.
