Review Disappointment

I am complaining of the services rendered by a Beth Castro- SM Marikina branch. 2 financial accounting books were given to her to be completed for 4 days. (August 17-21). Upon claiming of books, the job was not done. Many reasons were given as explanations but main reason is she forgot. She was not around at that time because she did not report for work and was in SM megamall.
