Wasted Time
I arrived at this branch at 1:05pm this afternoon. They were serving Customer #6 then after 2 mins they called #7. There were 2 representatives at the counter and the other one was on a videocall with I do not know who but I was sure it was not work related. Someone came and did not get his customer number, immediately handed his stuff to the other girl. In other words, my number was not called and the girl was already accomodating another without a number. I wasted 30mins and LBC lost my business. So annoying when in hours of work, they chitchat. I hope LBC knows they're paying employees like this.
