Review I have missing cargo for 5 months already

I have 3 cargo boxes from Doha 2 small and 1 big box. It was shipped from Doha March and we got the 2 small boxes June already. Tried calling them almost everyday to follow up and they will tell you they are not responsible because they are just receivers. They don’t update customers too. THE BIG BOX has more valuables inside and yet its nowhere to be found.
