Review SOBRANG BAGAL!!!!!!

Grabee sobrang bagal ng service ng BPI Acacia Lane and ang sungit pa ng payat na babae jan.. payment lang for CC almost 1 hour na ang tinatagal and 3 person lang ang inaasikaso nila that time, i don"t kow what happen or dahil dalawa lang ang counter & isang lan ang teller nila that time pero time consuming sila.. buti nlng sobrang polite ng mga security guard & kahit papano un teller mbait jan kaso when it comes to service super failed sila. can you do something to make the transaction faster. i know na maliit lang un branch but i alway see what is the impact for the customer.
