This is already my fourth company. I guess I’m one of those agents who are “call center hopping.” But this makes me an authority I guess in pointing out the difference of TYF over other call centers. Being an employee here revealed my other potentials and allowed me to discover other abilities. This is due to how the company really has a department (and with 3 support groups at that) to streamline the employment process. They have a team to take care of recruitment only, another team to train, and another to evaluate the quality of my outputs. Each time has guided me in pointing out how to handle my responsibilities or tasks, giving me techniques and stressing my areas of expertise. Now that I’m here at TYF, this may have to be the last of my call center hopping days.
