Review VEEERYYYY POOR SERVICE!

I do have 4 parcels to be delivered. the first one is forwarded on their branch on february 24th and until now it was not yet delivered. The 2nd one was forwarded on their branch on March 1 and was Not yet delivered. The 3rd and 4th one was forwarded on March 2 and Wala parin. I live on a neighboring town from the LBC Bago City Branch and I don't understand why my parcels were not delivered immediately, I needed those items ASAP sana. I'm very pissed off by the service!
