Review negligence school

I want to share my experience to this school, my son enrolled to this school during his grade 1 he even got 95% general average grade, then he transferred to other school for his next level of his grade due to location adjustment only to find out that GOLDEN LAMPSTAND in San Pedro Laguna was not able to update the DepEd record for the kid to be passing instead dropped! We are so worried together his new school because his new school can't update the Main system which is the DepEd record due to kid's previous school record showing as dropped! Can you believe that, GOLDEN LAMPSTAND RELEASED ALL DOCS SUCH AS his school card with the statement of ready to promote for next level of grade then the main system was not updated??
