Review TELEPHONE CALL

I called them through my landline. So a lady answered the phone. I was trying to talk to her properly. She opened the conversation with "hello, oh" in a very very stern tone which is very disrespectful. She told me that they're on a lunch break right now so i just asked them if they are a garments manufacturing company and i feel disrespected with how she responded with my question. anyhow, I asked for their email address and just-- overall I want to say that my experience with them felt like TRASH. thank you
