Review Arrogant staff!

Good evening, today is feb 28,2019 around 5:30 pm. I went to buy my meds at casimiro alabang zapote road branch. You have a very ARROGANT staff by the counter.. You have a very poor system of lining up your clients now..before, you give numbers to ensure order and fairness.. despite the inconvinience ,I still choose to get my meds at any mercury drug store because of your ability to give good medicines and its acccesibility..however you dont deserve bad staff like her.. you need better employees.. She is very arrogant!
I am aware of the line that we need to stay before we are asked towards the counter.. where in fact i was more than compliant with it... however when i went to the free counter to wait for my turn.. this arrogant lady embarrased me by telling me to go back and get in line!!! I told her that i was there earlier..despite her arrogance and tone.. i went back to my line trying to calm my nerves .. I totally disliked how she treated me, when i saw another client being served and was not even in line, that really made me feel i need to speak up and telling her how RUDE she was to tell me to go back to my line ,where in fact some are being served without getting into the line... there was even a guard by the side to ensure order and yet he was not attentive with his role! GET HER TRAINED or better FIRE her!
