Review How long I can received my package?

So disappointing, until now I didn't received my package from Davao City to ZAMBOANGA city, I paid rush cause I really needed, and the Post office Toril branch said that I can received just in 3 day's? But until now it's more than a week I didn't receive yet, where's the Justice? How long I can wait before I received my package?
