Im a very upset customer
I came to visit your branch at this Big Ben Lipa to incash a cheque, at first the person that i approached was so kind and pleasant to talk with. But when to come to handle those un-expected problems, I am so disappointed for their decision making. I waited for almost 3hours because the other branch (Aquino Avenue ) cannot contact my husband in Singapore for verification.They tried to contact my husband many times but failed. So I did ask for alternatives and they keep passing me to so many persons. On the first place they know that i have my personal accnt at this bank because i told to the person that I need to update my passbook as well. At the end they can transfer the cheque to my account then withdraw that money...and yet they made me wait for 3hours!!
