Disappointing service
Our food was delivered over an hour late (way beyond the 45min delivery time they told us) and when we called to follow up was only told by a customer service rep that there had been “technical difficulties” but that our food was on the way, but they couldn’t guarantee what time it will arrive. I hope they understand how frustrating and disappointing this is to a paying customer, getting such a vague response like that. We asked if there was any form of compensation for the late delivery and all they could offer was a complimentary Hawaiian Pizza. We ordered two pizzas already so getting a third today would be too much. Perhaps management should consider waiving delivery charges or giving discounts for late deliveries? Just please give your customers more options.
