Review Very Very Poor Costumer Service

Just got my parcel a while ago through my husband.. Hope I can rate with 0 ????. I think this perfectly suites the kind of service you have, LBC Pototan. I waited for a long time to receive my parcel, only to discover that you have just kept it since June 18. You haven't even sent notice so that I may know that you are not able to deliver. Added to this,my husband who got my parcel told me that your delivery boy is still asleep at 3:00??? Oh no!
