Review Undelivered Item!

Hi LBC! I just want to follow up the status of the delivery of my item?? July 04, 2020 is my transaction date, and as per your staff 3-5 working days item will be delivered at Bicol, but until now my item is still in your store??? Whats wrong?? I need an update and you need to deliver it ASAP!!!
