Bad Scheduling practices
I called at 8:30 am to schedule a 2D echo but the Front office did not coordinate with the contracted Tech and my visit was rescheduled because the Tech is leaving when I got there. Tech told me that she told the Front office that she was leaving a certain hour in the pm. The front office did not take my phone # so I did not have a call back, not informed. The scheduling process was very poor. What a disorganized staff you have in this branch. Bad patient service.
