Item was drop thru lbc pedro Gil paco Oct 22, 2020. expected delivery date at the stated address is between Oct 28 to Oct 30. Until my brother check it at the lbc branch in town of Banate. He was informed that the item was sent to Pototan Iloilo since according to lbc our Barangay (Dugwakan) is under restricted area. I totally disagree because last 2 weeks only I was still able to sent an item and was delivered in our place. Sana po dito palang sa maynila na inform na kami na hindi pala kaya ni LBC ma abot ang lugar namin. Sana for pick up nalang sa bayan... Hope they can deliver it bukas sa bayan ng Banate from Pototan. Di kasi maayos ang signal habang nag uusap kami ng LBC hotline. di ko alam kung naputol or binabaan ako ng telepono. Nov. 3, 7.15pm
