Terrible customer service
So I personally went to the branch (Robinsons Faura) where I opened my account to ask them about a problem I encountered regarding transferring of funds to PSBank. Even though I was there na nga, they still asked me to email them the issue on hand and was told to wait for feedback. I waited 2 weeks but I haven't received feedback still. I called up the branch to follow up my concern but was just asked to give them my contact number so they can give feedback. I waited the next day but then again, there were no efforts made from the branch to contact me. So I called up again only to be told na nawala nila ung contact number ko. Pero dahil I was on the line na, I was expecting na may update na. Wala pa rin daw.

It's just so disappointing how staff handle requests like this.
