CONNECTING WITHOUT CONSENT OF THE APPLICANT
I applied for an internet connection on November 28, 2020 thinking that it will be installed within a month as promised. On Dec. 12 I got a message from the lineman with CP#******** telling me that the internet will be installed to no avail. Sira daw yung box na kakabitan. Babalik na lang daw. My initial plan was if ever DCTV is indeed better than other network provider then I have to apply for PLDT disconnection. Since I was dissatisfied with your services, I would like to cancel my application and request for refund for the following reasons:(1) overdue installation-more than 2 months (Nov. 28, 2020-Feb. 10, 2021) of waiting without notification (2) connecting without my consent/approval on Feb. 10, 2021 (3) breaking the promise of removing the installation/deactivation the day after it was installed.
