Your 360 branch manager at Moadto Doljo Panglao is rude and combative to a senior citizen when asked for an explanation regarding return of item which has already been previously approved. He refused to give his name and his co employees refused to give his name as well. This manager do not have the ability to converse and has very poor customer relation. When asked to clarify amount of item to be returned, his answer is “that was what the computer computed.” When he was informed how he could have explained it so the customer understood, he seemed as if he wanted to take a whack at the senior citizen. This manager has issues and he should be removed from being a manager.
