Review Rude Agent or whosoever

He called" this is from allorica" that's the only line he said. I answer the call and told him that i can't speak right now due to prior commitment and out of his arrogance after telling him that i am in class he immediatly drop the phone while i'm still speaking!! Rude! I don't even know from where allorica you came from!!!
