Review Customer service assurance

Misinforming! Lets me wait for nothing saying that the person that will appraise my item just went out to buy something and will be back in 30mins... 45mins later i asked this employee saying he dont know when the person to appraise will be back... Working hours where is your employee!!!! Very poor service...
