Review Bad service

It was very bad experience buying in triump hardware bacolod, what happen was we came in the morning, long line to the counter, finally paid around 300K over pesos for steel materials. After paying they make us wait as there is a lot of order. We waited for hours and hours and they tell us to come back tomorrow ???????????? as is lunch time and no staff to operate the crane. So, We told them put it by the door side and we will carry it ourselves to our truck. This shop has the worst service and office clerk are too slow, never smile.Bacolod steel is the best, Mindanao Plywood and is cheaper than triumph. Will not recommend this hardware. Worst ever...
