Review Discrepancy of entry on the account

Though it was also my fault because I did not double check the entry made by your representative but he has to be careful also in entering the info in an account of your customer. I wrote legibly and all in uppercase letters so I cant see any reason why he wasn't able to understand and read it properly.and one more thing lbc branch naic cavite's contact number is so hard to reach. It was ringing on my first three calls and later on call cannot be connected. Very poor customer service
