DISAPPOINTED!!
TOO MUCH DELAY ON OUR REQUEST! From January 2 to January 31 we suffered internet connection problem, we kept requesting for a technician since the problem started but the chat support kep telling us that they requested already for a tech visit and yes it was resolved but it took almost a month! And now we requested to transfer our line to different location and they collected a money for us to process our request but up until now still no response from the technician.
