When I asked him if I can open an Savings Account as I have a Dividend Check from Union Bank and to inquire about Dollar deposit, he simply cut me and pointed me to fill out forms. He didn't bother to let me finish my inquiries about other services I needed. I told him I am a stockholder yet he pointed me to fill out forms. He never even bothered to let me sit - I am 78 year old. So I left and promised not to do banking business with your branch. And I will bring my grievance to the higher ups. Short word: he is RUDE.
