Review Bad service LBC

Very poor service. We've been expecting our important package to arrive yesterday since it's within metro Manila only it didn't arrive. I will not recommend this kind of service you people are doing. You don't do your job professionally. So frustrating on our part because this parcel is very important to us. You gave it to authorized person when we try to track it but there's no contact number. So how are we going to call that person so we will know where our parcel is!??
