Good job!
What I like about Dasca Cable Services is their services and staffs. They are very approachable and professional. They are also easy to reach because we can talk to them via social meadia and phones. They also offer a lot of promos and prizes to their subscribers. Kudos Dasca! Great job ????????

Walang kwenta magsara na kayo!!!
Ang tamad ng nagiinspection ng linya. Laging sinasabi ng customer service na titingnan pero wala napunta. Lagi dahilan active daw ang cable, pero nagiisip ba kayo di naman siguro tatawag ung client kung walang problema di ba? Walang kwenta mga empleyado un lang!!!

Suoer bad services esp. Your staff's attitude
Im only new in cavite and unfortunately ,ur company was recommended by my neighbor. I subscribed to your highest plan 2,999 in 2017 and was only getting 5mbps. Year almost ends and an agent from dasca is offerimg me svcs, hence i discovered meron na palanv 15mpbs for 2,999 which is the amount i am paying for. Kundi pa ako nagpunta s ofc nila, i wld still be paying 3k for 5mbps. How dishonest s existing customers. Kadalasan nawawala ang svcs at super bagal ng internet. I downgraded na lang since pang cctv ko lang nman ung internet and im always in manila anyway. Now that im staying here in dasma, i decided to upgrade and the stupid girl s cust svc nila told me need ko mag recontract while cnabi na nga nung kausap ko s fone bago ako pumunta continue lang ang existing contract. Pag mag downgrade lang mag recontract only which i totally understand. Then nung magbabayad nko, eto na naman ang cashier nagmagaling amd told me recontract daw un at tinanong pa ung boss nilang lalaki na nasa loob din ng area ng cashier and ganun din sinabi. Hndi nila alam ang rules! Omg! Nakaka disappoint. Ang mabait lang dun is ung medyo long hair guy na me sense kausap dhl the rest are wlang kwenta at wlang alam. Now, after my trip, im at home now, i did the speedtest and im getting a whooping 6.80 mbps sa 3k na binabayaran ko! Sobrang daya ng company na to! Never na nga ako nag ask ng adjustnments for time without svc at cra ang system nila ,heto at ni sho shortchange pa ako! Kawawa mga subscribers nio s attitude at kapalpakan ng technical staff nio not to mention, 3 years ang contract nio!!! I'll find a way to file a complaint sa corporation nio and i hope others aggrieved will do so too! Ayusin nio naman services nio dahil binabayaran kau ng mahal at maayos and ure providing us with a crappy svc!

For 20 years I am one of the LOYAL subscribers of DASCA Cable Services, Inc. !
To be more clear , I am writing in vernacular .

Reklamo:

20 loyal years na akong loyal client nyo, and then iyong P1,850 lang ang past due ay putol agad.
This morning at 9:00 am your collector came, and puputulan na raw ng cable. I was still sleepy.
( I slept kasi at 5:30 am, rush overnight work every tax season as external auditor of various PEZA companies)
Pinasabi ko sa assistant ko na sabihin n’ya --

“ Next week na lang babayaran ang lahat, wag n’yo muna putulan and tutal 20 years na akong subscriber, talagang binabayaran iyan” .
Sumagot ang collector “Hanggang bukas na lang yan.” Next week na lang daw po lahat., sagot ng assistant ko.
Bumangon na ako at nakiusap, “Hwag mo munang putulan, babayaran ko yan lahat , 20 years na akong customer tapos P2000 plus lang puputulan mo na.”
Pero nakita ko PINUTULAN NA sa poste. Posibleng napikon siya.
Naisip ko kasi na pupunta na lang ako sa bank to withdraw after breakfast, kaso pinutol na ang cable. Sabi ko sa tauhan nyo..”Ang yabang mo naman hindi ka mapaki usapan.”

Hanggang bukas na lang pwede ang sabi nya, pero bakit pinutulan nya, nuong oras ding iyon!

Nanghina ako sa disappointment, and inaatake talaga ako. Pati tuloy mga appointment ko sa cliente ko today , hindi ko na tinuloy dahil sa atake ko, na pinipilit kong labanan.


1. Sana po ay magbigay man lang ng consideration ang Dasca Cable sa mga matagal n’yo ng client.
Sana mayroon man lang kayong credit line , for example
10 years subscriber P2,000
15 years subscriber P3,000
20 years subscriber P4,000
Pioneer clients P5,000

Kung hindi kayang mag bigay ng Dasca Cable ng credit line consideration, I understand,
sapagkat ito ay isang negosyo, a SERVICE business at that! Naisip ko lang na ang PLDT, Smart, Globe,
kahit monopolized na nila ang industry ay nag bibigay pa rin ng consideration, in the form of freebies, and at least, napapa kiusapan sila na h’wag muna putulin. Maski pumapalpak, e may mga program sila (studies conducted by Sales, C & C, technical division, etc.) to improve their services.

Kung may mga studies kasi, makikita ng C & C ang payment pattern ng regular clients. (But sorry for me , the company may not be interested.) On my case, my last payment was P2,000 dated 20 Feb. 2017. Kaya balak ko talagang bayaran na lahat, I’m giving time to all that should be paid by next week. Hindi nga siguro maiintindihan ng Dasca Cable at hindi talaga kaya mag bigay ng “consideration”, kahit sa loyal clients! Siguro kahit ang company nyo my schedule and date of release ng payments. Very disappointing! Ok, kasalanan ng customer!

2. Sana may payment option kayo na we can pay in advance for 3 months, or 6 months, or even one year, with corresponding discounts kahit konti lang (ex. 3%, 5%, or one month free pag
1 year ang paid in advance). Nagtanong ako, wala daw.

Nakakahiya, but, at least, I have tried to air my sentiment regarding your service.

The harm has been done! Masama ang naging spiraling effect nito sa health ng isang senior citizen na kagaya ko.

By the way iyong P550 is for the period March 1 to March 31 pa.

intermitent service, service is almost non existent this holiday, bad customer service
you can only commend 1 sam , he is the one answering the phone, front desk service sucks, terrible nightmare getting this service. will just have to stick until the lock-in period of the contract expires.
Dont get their service.... it a nightmare.

Thank you for having NFL (National Football League) games on channel 38! There are a lot of balikbayans and local enthusiasts who love American football just like me. Hoping you continue to air live games and replays all the way until after Superbowl. Marami pong salamat.

To many channels that's unnecessary.
You can eliminate a few and replaced it with more useful and entertaining channels. More updated one please.

Bad customer service. I was scheduled for installation last Sunday and they postponed it without notifying me, I followed up the same day and requested for a callback and no one did, i called again today after 5 days of waiting and made me callback because they need to look on the records, i called back after 2hrs and made me wait again for almost 10mins. When they finally confirmed that they will install Saturday I asked for the time, they said they can't with a condescending tone, so I asked if they're mad, they said "hindi po, kayo po yata ang galit", then I said yes Im upset because of your poor customer service. They even provoked me further.
