Grabe I've been waiting for 3 days and they've put "DELIVERED" but I have NOT received anything not even ONE ITEM! Nakakaloka! KAWAWA NAMAN YUNG MGA NAGSHIP FROM OVERSEAS TAPOS KAYO PATATAGALIN NYO LANG. I just wish Shopee would remove you from their "Standard express". What a loser company. Boycott nyo na yan!

I order an item from shopee and unfortunately, 2go was chosen randomly by standard express. During the delivery, the delivery man didn't contact me and I was shocked when he updated the status "consignee not around". I was tagged "consignee not around" again during the 2nd attempt of delivery even if the delivery man didn't really attempt to deliver. The order was cancelled and need to reorder, very hustle. The 2nd time I ordered the item, it was designated to BAE and the delivery was smooth.

I confirmed from the SM City Baguio Branch that my parcel is already at their storage branch and so I went at the Naguilian Baguio branch of 2Go Express. I already came to their office to pick up the item so that the delivery man won't have trouble finding my house, but the lady there won't release to me my item since they haven't sorted out all of the items that they received. She said I would just have to wait for the delivery. Till now I haven't received my item.

I don't understand it says you deliver fast and efficient thru door to door delivery how come i don't have my parcel yet. According to my e-trace the parcel is out for delivery but i have been waiting the whole day and no parcel has been delivered.
