Hi. If there's a zero on the rating, I'd glady choose that. My parcel here arrived at your office on August 3. After that until now, it indicates that it has a "concern". No one contacted me on the day of delivery on what "concern" was it. Tried to reached out thru your social connections but your chat bot was not really helpful at all. Please send my parcel to my address. I trusted your courier but it had disapointed me so much.

Good day! Mam/sir mangayo ko update sa ako parcel naabot sa inyung hub last july 27,2020 but until now wala pa nahatud sa ako. Need na kau na namu.Cge ko tawag inyu office wala motubag.Ok raba pick apon na nako akong parcel sa inyung office?

LBC asa na po yung parcel ko at bakit po sa tracking is Your shipment was not delivered due to an unforseen event? I've been trying to contact almost all branches dito sa Lapu-Lapu and Mactan Mandaue Cargo Team but wala namang sumasagot? Kailan po kaya yung delivery? please if hindi kayo maka deliver just inform me para I-pick up ko na lang...

What happen to my package???? Why its still not delivered until today???? Why is the status not updated on your tracker??? Why is it when all your phone numbers are being called either busy tone or no one is answering the call??? Can u pls do your job!!!!!! How many days do i need to wait for my package???? I'm not happy with your service!!!

Bakit "Your shipment was not delivered due to an unforeseen event." yung akin? July 21 na dapat yun idedeliver eh. And please sagutin niyo ang mga tawag! Maging responsable naman kayo!

C'mmon!! LBC 21 days na yung parcel ko pinasa nyo pa sa LBC Tagbilaran. ALMOST 1 MONTH di nyo ba kaya e deliver ang parcel kasi COD? Ang tatamad nyo nman walang kwenta service nyo. Dapat sa inyo pina TULFO na eh!!!! Porket ba COD di nyo kaya ihatid????? Nauubos na lahat nang buyer ko nang dahil sa ang hihina nang serbisyo nyo. Naka ilang chat na ako sa FB page, naka ilang message na ako sa LBC gmail customer service, naka ilang tawag na ako puro busy ang linya. Robot pa sumasagot sa mga chat at message ko! Kng ina! Walang kwenta kayo!!!
