Hi. If there's a zero on the rating, I'd glady choose that. My parcel here arrived at your office on August 3. After that until now, it indicates that it has a "concern". No one contacted me on the day of delivery on what "concern" was it. Tried to reached out thru your social connections but your chat bot was not really helpful at all. Please send my parcel to my address. I trusted your courier but it had disapointed me so much.
