Reviews of Philpost - Baliuag Post Office

Last week, I visited the office to check if my SSS calamity loan is already available. I asked the old lady who's in-charge politely but in return she just looked at me and said "Ano ba itatanong? Madami akong ginagawa ee!" So, instead of proceeding with my quiry I just left the building!

Why when i checked my parcel tracking number CH********US, it said it was already been received on May 24, 2019 when in fact the item form registry notice from the post office was only been given to the recipient on May 27?. The item was not yet received for the reason that there was charges that's need to clarify 1st before settling it.

The used item was 2 year old at the time i bought it, so i am very confused why the custom needs to charge it with a hefty amount.

I want to know why my parents need to pay to pick up my package that i send from America to Baliuag Bulacan post office just to get my package to the post office need to pay the the heck is that.
