Worse courier ever
You have the worse courier service ever and i agree to all the comments that are pointed to you. Your destroying the image of Lazada and worse.. You created multiple inconvinience to your customers. Wala kayong respect sa Lazada and its customers.. Will reach out to Lazada to file a complaint against Ximex.. Wala kayong kwenta.. Nakkaahiya kau sobra...

SHOULD BE BANNED FROM BEING A DELIVERY SERVICE
Package update stuck at "shipping to warehouse for sorting" and there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY! PLEASE LAZADA REMOVE THIS FROM YOUR COURIER LIST!

So dissappointed.
First attempt change of Mind. Nakakagago kayo. Plan ko sa Globe yan. Siguro pinag iinteresan yan ng rider nyo. Napakawalang modo. So kahit 1 star di nyo deserved. Kaya ganyan feedback nyo e.Gigil so much ako talaga.

Ximex has a new name actually XDE na siya
I ordered a pair of handmade earrings in Shoppee tapos the courriers list when checking out. I saw na hala may bago so I decided to try it.

Its actually not my first time switching courriers because I remember I did switch from the regular J and T to Gogo express (my experience was actually good sa GoGo express mas slow vs J and T but hey at least proper ang communication nila and its always on time ✌).

so idid the exact same thing also but the problem was noong day of delivery walang nag contact sa akin tapos inilagay pa doon sa reason for failed delivery was because consignee out. like this is the 1st time that I have experienced a company literally blaming their customers for their failed logistics how on earth.

1.After mga 5 i messaged their page. Hindi ko isnisi sa rider kasi at the end of the day it is the company that SHOULD properly equip their employees. Ang delivery personnel are just small individuals ang company SHOULD provide for their employees.

2. like i would not really mind if there was a delay, what made me mad is the fact na sinisi nila sa customer nila yung problem nila.

3. Ye its just a pair of earrings BUT galing po iyon sa indigenous people po sila yung gumawa noon and hindi po basta basta i habi yung tela na iyon

First delivery attempt failed!? Anong kasinungalingan pinagsasabi nyo? Wala namang pumupunta sa bahay...WORST COURIER!!! Delay kayo masyado at nakakapagtaka kung bakit kinukuha pa rin ng LAZADA ang serbisyo nyo samantalang ang pangit na ng mga nakukuha nyong review sa mga tao. Baka lahat kayo dyan magkakamag-anak kaya iisa mga ugali nyo sa pagbibigay ng serbisyo dahil kung ako ang may-ari nyan tatanggalin ko lahat ng mga tauhan ko na mabagal, SINUNGALING at tamad.

Notoriously known for delivery delays.
Always delayed! My ordered items are delivered late when this company is involved in delivery. Several of my orders where delayed for weeks. Other times, I was informed that the item is out for delivery so I waited, but no one came I wasted the entire day waiting.

Delivery Attempt Failed
Stay away from this company. As the title says, they will not deliver the package to you and blame you for "change of mind" and Lazada's fault. I paid P1,000 for shipping fee through credit card and it took 2 weeks to wait why would I "change my mind"? Stop blaming customers and the seller from Lazada for your incompetence!

XDE is not a Company, it's a total SHIT!....
December 14 pa ito inorder item ko and yet until now wala pa yong item. Nakakapang gigil,...I will hunt down these people and throw them curse...

Even the status of the delivery nothing change, in-house package monitoring is very poor, not customer oriented. I do not know why LAZADA still considering these people (Logistics) as their partner. So disappointed.

Consistent at being a pain in the @ss

Location is”. Hello!!! It’s on the shipping address! Since my item was heavy, and their truck “wouldn’t fit the street” they dropped it off at the corner because I did not want to ride with them. 2nd order, I asked for the order to be cancelled as it already passed its delivery date. Lazada CS said to wait for another 48 hours and lo and behold, it arrived on the last day of the extension period. Don’t this people know that you need to make plans on the delivery timeframe just to make sure someone is home to receive the item??? Third time, today is the last delivery date abd order status has not changed for 5 days now. It’s still at “logistics facility”. Where in the hell is this logistics facility anyway? Lazada should seriously cobsider dropping xde as partner as I now intend to place my next orders in Shopee. Sakit sa bangs itong mga tao dito sa xde!!!

I've read few negative reviews 'bout xde. Kinda similar situation here too,its been 3 days and the current status of my order is still "received in logistics facility and will be shipped in sort center"

You done even deserve to a one star
The status of my order states it has been delivered. There was a picture provided that the item was delivered at 2:45pm and stated I received the order. The only problem is 1.) I have not been home from 9am to 6pm the day they stated the item was delivered, so how could I have received it 2.) the security guards of my condo who can receive my orders have NOT received any item which was stated as delivered (and considering they received 2 other packages on my behalf. The guards are very good at their job). The courier doesn't even CALL to let the customer know of delivery!!
This company has CONTACT NUMBERS which CANNOT BE REACHED!!!!How the hell can I hunt them down!!????? Am soooo MAD!!!!
