Same crappy service! You can't even get a hold of anybody in this company, and Globe only makes the excuse that they escalated this concern with their internal support team.

If you are a company looking to hire these idiots, look somewhere else. You WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS!

The people at Globe Telecom are very stupid for choosing this courier. XDE is a complete joke. You can't reach them via their listed numbers. They won't answer your emails. And they will surely mess up your deliveries. Don't trust these idiots no matter what. Otherwise, expect to waste your time waiting for your parcels that will never arrive.

They claim to have attempted delivery of my package 3 times saying that the address is closed/unavailable - this is completely false since I live in a condominium that has a 24/7 reception area. T]What a terribly stressful experience.

WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!!! HOW CAN GLOBE GET A THIRD PARTY PROVIDER LIKE XIMEX WHO IS VERY INEFFICIENT AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS FOR NOT ANSWERING PHONE CALLS. THEIR HOTLINE MIGHT BE REALLY "HOT" BECAUSE OF VARIOUS COMPLAINTS!

GLOBE, PLEASE GET THE SERVICES OF EITHER AIR21, DHL AND THE LIKES..NOT THIS KIND OF COMPANY THAT HAS NO SENSE OF URGENCY.

wew..ang GLOBE at ang XIMEX dapat inaalagaan nio mga customers nio..ikaw XIMEX magpalit ka na ng nr or ng tao mo para di kau nakakaabala.at ikaw GLOBE dapat ung mga customer svc reps mo itrain mo ng maayos kung panu mghandle ng mga problems, hindi ung pramis kau ng pramis na darating na ang package..

I had the worst experience with this company. On July 26, i was expecting a delivery from 8am-1pm. Package did not arrive and i called Telephone No. 63 2 837 7749, 63 2 837 3405, 63 2 834 3674
It's either no one was picking up, or they pick up and hang up on you. After more tan an hour and a half, and being transferred 3 times, i got hold of an agent who told me nothing i didn't already know. All i needed was for them to track where my package is and if the rider was still coming. The representative asked me for a contact number and promised a callback in 5 mins. guess what, i spent 2 hours waiting for nothing. This is the worst cusotmer service and i don't understand why GLOBE would pick this as their courrier.
