Reviews of Ximex Delivery Express - Taguig City

Ngayon lang ako pinaghintay ng matagal ng lazada dahil dito sa lintek na XIMEX na to. Paasa masyado! Papadala na daw yung item ko hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. MAGSARA NA KAYO TANGINA NYO May mga importante akong kailangan gawin di magawa kakapostpone dahil baka dumating na walang tao sa bahay. Mahiya nman kayo sa customer nyo binabayaran kayo ng tama ganyan gagawin nyo bwiset!!!

This company is a crap. There are lots of negative reviews. And as expected, my order didn't arrive up to now. I've sent a request to Lazada to stop collaborating with this courier company. This is my first time experiencing this with Lazada. Hoping my next order won't be sent to this courier. This company is just a bullsh*t. They should've CLOSED SOONER!!!

Bwisit tong courier na to! Nagtext sakin early in the morning na idedeliver na this day un item na inorder ko from lazada,so kinansel ko ang lakad ko para maantay ko,5pm nakatangap ako ng tawag asking un exact location ko so sinabi ko naman and tatawag nalang daw sya ulit kung malapit na sya.Peste, ginabi na ako kakaantay nung order ko wala pa din!
Lazada, pls give action to this! Walang konsiderasyon sa mga costumer tong ganitong courier!!

I received an email saying "Package was not delivered today due to house/office close."

They didn't even attempt to deliver it. WTH!

I'm home all day wasted my time waiting for that item.

Please take action!

I receive a text message that they will deliver my item which is COD. So i expected and wait. They didnt arrive yet due to complete address. So i reply them they said they will deliver the next day. Until now where is the package oh my god!

INEFFICIENT! LIAR! UNPROFESSIONAL!

The item I ordered from Lazada was supposed to be delivered on July 19-20, 2017.
On July 20, 1:37 am, I received message from XDE that the item will be delivered within the day; courier/personnel name is Arnel Sandico.

Likewise, at 8:47 am the same day, I received sms from +********, I assume the delivery personnel of XDE, informing me that they will deliver within the day. I confirmed and said ok.

At 2:26 pm, they have not arrived yet so I sent sms and asked what time they will be arriving. I didn't receive any reply.

Then at 4:19 pm, I was very surprised to received message again from XDE, informing me that the delivery failed to deliver with this reason: Returned by Customer at Doorstep.

I sent reply and asked how come I was able to refused delivery when in fact the delivery personnel didn't even arrived and haven't attempted to make the delivery.

As of date, the order was cancelled by Lazada. Thus, I have to place order again.

Really worst service! No contact number to reach them!

walang kwenta ang courier na to... sunday ko pa naorder ang item ko... sa luzon lang nmn ako. bat ang tagal?? Lazada please take action on your couriers, masisira kayo sa ganitong klaseng kumpanya. pagdating ng item ko, cancel ko nalang. order nalang ulit ako, hopefully ibang courier na magdadala.

Worst among the worst!!!! I ordered my item on sunday with additional charge because we need the item badly. Then twice a day follow up ang ginawa namen, sabi sa Wednesday, Thursday and now mgfriday na wala prin? take note that this is for express delivery..tapos sinasabi na nadeliver ung item kaya lng walang taO?? lagi nmng may tao sa bahay, nakasarado lng pinto wala ng tao?? Hindi ba pwedeng kumatok? First time ko maka encounter sa lazada na nagdedeliver na di man lng ngttxt o tumatawag ang delivery boy bago dumating..Laking perwisyo!!!!

This is the worst currier I've ever dealt with my entire life. I wont be surprised if they will close shops soon. They don't know what it means to be a logistics company. PFT!
