Stupid Delivery Courier
I made a re order, coz they cannot locate my area. Due to failed delivery attempt, my first order was cancelled.
This time, they cannot locate again my area, dekivery attept failed again...
But, they did not call or text me to inform that they will deliver my item otmr to ask how to go to my location...

They are so stupid... I am so disappointed and really mad at them.

Delivery
There is no changes on the status of my delivery even after more than a week they received my item. It was suppose to be delivered today but there is no email nor text message or whatever. I tried calling two of their numbers but no one is answering!!! This kind of logistics should not operate!!

How come consignee is out no one even bothered to txt me or call me. And then they will say that delivery failed...

Extremely Terrible
Ordered a TV from Lazada on May 11th, it was supposed to be delivered before the 22nd and after several attempts to resolve the matter nothing has happened. It appears they have no accountability for wasting customers time and effort.

Poorest delivery service
Same here. May 9 na-placed yung orders ko. May 12 sabi na-pick up na ng XDE for delivery yung dalawang packages. May track number na nga eh. May 14, sabi within 24 hours, matatanggap ko na daw yung isa sa mga package.

Ano'ng petsa na? May 16 na ngayon, ni anino nung XDE di ko pa nakikita. Yung status nung dalawang package, hindi gumagalaw sa "at XDE warehouse." Nag-email na ako, nag-PM sa FB, tumawag sa landline ng XDE, pero walang sumasagot.

At ang chat services ng Lazada, walang naitulong sa akin. Binigay lang yung status nung orders ko (na alam ko na nga na ilang araw nang nasa warehouse ng XDE di ba?), tapos sabi nila sa email, "we consider this issue resolved."

Resolved talaga? Bakit? nasa akin na ba yung package ko? hahaha

The worst courier ever!!!!
Very unprofessional courier. There's no even a way to contact them. They have emails, FB page, Instagram but they will never reply. Same experience katulad ng mga reviews dito, sobrang bagal, bakit ba kayo tinawag na Express???? Dapat Ximex pagong unprofessional company ang tawag sa inyo. O kaya magsara na lang kayo kung hindi niyo kayang i handle ang mga shipments. Naka received ako kahapon ng sms na ide deliver na daw nila, pero puro paasa lang.

What kind of delivery service is this?
Ordered the package around 10 days ago in Lazada and was given a tracking number, i always use the tracking number to monitor where my package is and only as of this moment (10 days later) that my package arrived at their WAREHOUSE!!!, i mean WAREHOUSE and it's still not being processed for shipment. What kind of delivery service states at their website that "Time" is of their value when it would take 10 days to collect the package from dealers.
You would take 10 days to collect the package, how many days would you need to process the package for delivery?, how many days would you need to deliver the package in my door step?,
-Just to remind you that from NCR to my location using public transportation would only take approximately 6-12 hours at most depending on where you are at NCR and i'm located in a big city not in a barangay so you shouldn't have any reason to take around 5 days to get there.
Please improve your "Service" as what you claimed in your WEBSITE that "TIME" is the most important element in your industry. And, how can your customer service (email) so useless, i send around 5 emails in the past couple of days asking simple questions but you haven't replied a single time.

Hi po,dumating nmn po ba ung order nyo? Kasi po ako may order din ng refrigerator,bale accepted n sya sa warehouse ng xde nung april 4 pa,tapos hanggang ngayon wl sila update sa tracking site nila [xde}..estimate del po nya is april 7-11...nangangamba po tuloy ako sa dami ng mga negative comments sa xde...thannks in advance po sa magiging reply nyo...

Same. According to their tracking service, my packages arrived at their warehouse 6 days ago. Then 4 days ago, I received an email from Lazada saying that one of my packages is to be shipped within 24 hours. Pero wala pa din. Yung status na "on going delivery" naging "at XDE warehouse". Hindi ko alam kung may inaantay pa ba ako. Hahaha

Di yan nadedeliver kase di nila binabayaran yung mga taga deliver nila. Magbayad man sila kulang. Kaya yung mga orders nio nakatambak lang sa warehouse kase walang nagdedeliver.

Corrupt, rude and unprofessional drivers
i live in las pinas. i have been a customer of lazada for most of my shopping needs and every time my deliveries are coursed through ximex, i face a whole bunch of problems:

- they make me pay for the gate fee kahit MAY FRIENDSHIP STICKER SASAKYAN NILA. the only courier of lazada that charges it. di lang yun. nagbibigay naman ng resibo yun gate ng subdivision namin pero inaway ako ng driver nung buntis pa ako dahil lang hiningi ko resibo. ayos ayos ng pakikipag usap ko, bigla nalang umangil yun driver. nagalit tuloy hipag ko "hinay hinay ka sa pagsasalita kuya, buntis yang kausap mo!" sensitibo pa pagbubuntis ko non as in bawal ako mastress. kung may nangyari sakin noon, sagot ba nila? saka ano yun, namumulsa sila ng gate fee kaya sila galit?

- for a courier service, they are so poor with directions. they'll text us, call us etc asking how to get to our subdivision, not our house ha, our subdivision na direct sa main road ang entry gate. wala sila waze? courier ba talaga sila? aawayin pa ako pag di ko nasagot kagad yun tanong nila sa text. demanding lang.

- balik tayo sa gate pass. one time nagkamali ng route yun driver nila so doble gate pinasok nila. gusto ba naman singilin sakin pareho?! kasalanan ko ba na mangmang sa direksyon driver nila? hindi naman ako nag-instruct sa kanila na pumasok sa maling gate, bakit ako pagbabayarin nila.

- if i could just collate all texts and call logs from them, everyone will agree that their riders badly need training. very rude, arrogant and sarcastic.

- and of course, delayed deliveries like they will sms this day but they will deliver one or two days later. good luck cancelling your plans just to wait for your parcel to arrive because chances are, they just wasted your day.

the business itself needs major revamp from the ground up. i suppose kaya din nagkaka ganon drivers nila because poor din upper management nila.

as for lazada, i dont know why after all the poor reviews and complaints to your help center, you still continue to patronize ximex as your courier. just because you think they are but a small dent in your big successful business eh hindi na sila makakasira sa inyo in the long run. i really hope you reconsider and remove them from your list of couriers.
