Rider was not wearing mask when hw delivered our order. He could spread the virus easily if ever he gets infected along way. This company should train or brief their riders in observing protocols at this time of pandemic

Incomplete ung order ko from shoppee baka pwede niyong ayusin grabe kau ayusin nio kau pa lng incomplete anh dineliver sakin. Wala daw sa inyo e nasan pa ba. Hays

nag order ako 2 generator pero dineliver 1 lang tapos sinisingil ako para sa 2...nireject ko. Kung sino nagnakaw nung 1 generator kayo ang magbayad! I am calling LAZADA to dis-enagaged from XIMEX Delivery...period!

i received a text message sept 19 10am that the delevery will arrive that day so i waited the WHOLE DAY nothing arrive! they even gave me the mobile number of the guy delivering my package but when i texted him im not getting a reply

Walang kwentang COURIER to. Umorder ako sa watsons nung wednesday then nagtext sila ng saturday sabi idedeliver nagprovide pa ng number ng delivery guy nagtext din delivery guy. Dumating na yung linggo wala pa din dumarating nadelivery until xde texted me failed to deliver daw! And who the fuck cancelled the delivery? E tagal tagal ko na inaantay yan! Tanga ba kayo? Mga hinayupak na to tapos tinatawagan di mga nagsisisagot. Wala man lang update regarding sa items ko!!!! MAGSARA NA KAYO WALA KAYO G KWENTA!!!!

lakas makapunyeta ng XDE na yan.. una tinext ako para sa delivery, tas biglang unsuccessfull delivery due to consignee abences.. putang inang yan kausap ko sa text yung courier sasabihin wala gagong mga yan.. tas another 3 days na text ulit for delivery tinwagan ko yung rider sabi hindi daw sya magdedeliver kasi hiniram lang daw cp nya.. hiningi ang tracking number para ma trace daw kung sino may dala ng parcel.. punyetang ina walang respond maghapon, tas nung finollow up ko ng hapon sabi ba naman "tawagan nyo po ang customer care ng WAtsons" anak ng putang ina kayo!!! 1 month na yung order ko hayop kayo tang ina talaga..

Items was out for delivery 3.30 am and all day not delivered. next day items was returned to ware house. When contacted to Lazada they saying it's out for delivery but XED never delivered my items. Sellers don't care if customers get their items or no. Better not to pay online if ordering anything on Lazada. They got money what they care. Neither Lazada care nor sellers. XED you better improve your service and make phone calls to customers, at least customers will know when they going to receive their items.

Not successful ang Delivery e wala namang nagpupunta para magdeliver? ???????? Tapos time of delivery is 2:00AM??? OMG ????????????
