Reviews of Ximex Delivery Express - Taguig City

I should've known better. Why does it take forever to deliver an item within metro. I understand that you have thousands of items needs to be delivered. But can you please check thr ETA provided by Lazada cause you're failing miserably.

You can track your shipped item (tracking#X******** by shipment carrier XIMEX DELIVERY EXPRESS) via-this is text from LAZADA. AND THIS IS MY REPLY - AS of today,i didn't received any update for the delivery.if the item is not delivered t0day.i reject to receive it. I badly need the item asap that why I buy it because I expected to delivered it on time. So i refuse to receive it,if it is not delivered on time.thanks.

Place order in Lazada May 24 then the estimated delivery time is May 26-28. Ayun May 29 na wala pa so i called Lazada then they said na re-schedule ang delivery to May 29 - Jun 2 without reminding me. Then nung Jun 1 i check my Lazada apps laking gulat ko na it was tagged as deliver..? Sino nag recieved at san kaya nila dineliver na hindi ko alam..? Tinawagan ko ule si Lazada to confirm kung nadeliver ba tlaga at kung sino nag recieved ayun mag-antay daw ako ng response ni courier kase thru email lang ang contact nila. Big Comapany walang landline or ayaw na lang talagang marecieved ng call dahil puros reklamo lang ang inabot..? Till today wala pa din silang response at maipakitang Proof of deliver.. at kung wala daw talagang maipakitang FOD eh another process na naman for refund. It tooks 5-15 bussiness day ang processing nun.. ANG LAKI NYONG ABALA AT PERWISYO.. MUKHA NAMAN KAYONG SARADO DAHIL DI NA KAYO MA-CONTACT KAYA DI KO NA SASABIHING MAGSARA NA KAYO.

to LAZADA magpalit na kayo ng courier dahil itong courier na ito ang sisira sa pangalan nyo.

Very poor service, the poorest of the poor , maybe the reason why they hold the items that long , I feel and I think( can't help thinking bad thoughts about them) they switch the original items , if they can't still find items for switching , the hold the items, Then , if the items for switching already available, that's the time they will deliver the items

SOBRANG WALANG KWENTA NG COMPANY NA ITO!!! Grabeng perwisyo ang ginagawa nyo sa customers. Isipin mo May 4 pa nasa kanila yung item at May 5 ang last day of delivery, May 16 na WALA PA DIN?!!! Lahat na ata ng contact number natawagan ko na, LAHAT NOT IN SERVICE! Malupet! Nagtatago na ata talaga ang company na ito at HINDING HINDI NA DAPAT GAMITIN PA! Ang sarap nyo IHABLA!!!

Delay shipping it was the courier from Globe and cannot contact since yesterday..

Worst courier na nalaman kong nag exist ever. Dont know why nagpalit ang Lazada ng courier. Lampas na sa delivery date ung order ko and until now wala pa rin and wala rin kahit anong update! sobrang nakakadismaya! 0 rating dapat to! Improve your service or turn down your business.

Order from Lazada was placed Dec 10 and was shipped for delivery via Ximex Dec 13. 15 days later, I still have no update from Ximex on the status of the delivery. All of this company's listed contact information are not working and there's no way to get in touch with them except through Lazada, who does not have updated info on the delivery either. It's so upsetting. Lazada needs to STOP USING THIS COURIER SERVICE.

WORST COURIER EVER! WHY DOES GLOBE STILL USE XIMEX! XIMEX SHOULD JUST CLOSE SHOP FOR ALL THE DELAYS IT'S BEEN CAUSING

Worst courier ever. This company is just 30mins from ny shipping address and its been 4days waiting for the shipment from globe my expected delivery is one day. And the phone number on their website is ghost no one is answering.
