Victoria Mondiale Home & Office Furniture - Pasig City

I had a very disappointing experience with the Victoria Mondiale at Glorietta 3. On 15th February, I bought a glass dining table. There was supposed to have been two glass extensions (one on each side). Unfortunately, only one remained as I (the other must have been broken). I was assured that they will deliver the missing piece ASAP. It has been TWO MONTHS since. First, I was promised end Feb, then 15th March, then end March, then for sure 15 April, now end April. As badly, it has been for me to get an answer from them. When I ido, I get to speak to a salesperson, who in turn says they are not allowed to give me the contact details of the owner, or indeed anyone who I think could make decisions. Finally, I am told I can get a refund, which will take several weeks to process after I would have written an essay on why I wanted a refund! This is a very disappointing experience and I will never choose to buy from Victoria Mondiale again.

Their customer service is very poor, they must learn how to respect costumers. Their staff named Mona is rude and incompitent.

Lousy service at their robinsons galleria branch. Attendant was seated with another girl who wasn't in uniform. They were lounging about on the chairs displayed outside the store just people watching. Sales person was dismissive. I asked if she could please call main branch for information and support on my inquiry, she refused to do so. One of the worst customer service ever experienced.

This store glorietta branch really sucks! We bought a recliner sofa last january then after months of waiting, they now told us that what we bought is now phased out!!! Imagine that after several followups it is only now that they did tell us. We are now given two options either to choose another item or refund. We chose refund because we dont want to transact any business with them anymore! The dilemma, they could not give us our check and we still have to wait for Another 2 weeks for the refund which they dont guarantee that they could give it to us within that time. All the sales personnel seems like an expert in handling it all because they are always doing it to all their customers. They should be given a lesson for this.

The comments are VERY CORRECT! If you want to raise your blood pressure buy and then talk to a Victoria Mondiale staff, especially the ones at Wilcon Center in Visayas Avenue. The name of the manager, they said is Florence. So unprofessional, inconsistent, etc. We bought a sofa worth 39,000 pesos last July after 2 months it broke already and asked for repair. The so-called manager was so unprofessional in treating the customers. There was no service given right away!!!! Grabe...... I'm requesting to be connected to a higher personnel to talk to but she doesn't want to forward me. Even to the owner. POOR...POOR...Staff!!!

Service is so bad. I bought a sofa set and requested for repair service. According to the person at Home Depot, usually they ask for a down payment before sending a representative. I then asked them to send the repair man and we will remit payment. This problem had been experienced last year and again this July. If this is not acted upon we will file a complaint letter to DTI.

I you want to raise your blood pressure, go and buy to this store, Victoria Mondiale (Commonwealth Branch, QC) This is the worst store I have been too in my entire life. They have the most unprofessional staff & the worst service you could imagine.
Unbelievable but true in my experience from buying from them this week. I will never ever go back there and will tell my friends not to patronize their store at all.
This store I believe should close shop if they cannot afford to hire more professional & efficient staff including their delivery people.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you dont want headache, do not buy from this store. Very unprofessional staff. Do not bother to talk to the owner for customer experience feedback, as Maggie and Jesril said: STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL! I am also a business owner and I would love to entertain feedbacks from customers. Well they are unique. Please be guided accordingly!
