Service is so bad. I bought a sofa set and requested for repair service. According to the person at Home Depot, usually they ask for a down payment before sending a representative. I then asked them to send the repair man and we will remit payment. This problem had been experienced last year and again this July. If this is not acted upon we will file a complaint letter to DTI.

I filed a complaint to the Robinsons Galleria Admin. If fairness to Rob Galle, they really talked to Victoria Mondiale and advise them to address the issues that I raised. But to no avail. Victoria Mondiale decided to just wait for the advice of DTI. They probably thought DTI would take too long to respond.
