Customer Service is Non Existent
I have visited the Globe office 11 times to date to try and stop Innove double charging me for Netflix. I am paying for Netflix direct with my credit card and have shown the customer service people my bank statement many times and they assure me the billing will stop and I will get reimbursed. This has been going on for years and still they charge me 402 pesos a month on my broadband bill. I'm really sick and tired of this and now am considering legal action and will sue for damages, reimbursement and legal fees.

No one is answering this phone, simply a recording, Everytime I call up to report, it is simply recorded, the recording said it will be attended within 24 hours. But it never happened. Failure

Poor n slow internet.
Excellent landline but poor n very slow internet connection. No upgrade done in the whole condo since 2006. Unsatisfied client due to poor action n follow up from customer service. Total monopoly of Innove n Admin condo. No Sr discount no incentives being loyal client. Waste of years subscribing to them. Kelan ba na expire contract nyo sa GA ? It's been 14 yrs now.
