Your UPTC branch is the worst. I got off work around 2AM, tired and sleepy. I decided to order from Wendy's so I don't need to cook food and because it is near the exit of the mall. I'm having second thoughts because this is not the first time I experienced this from this branch. I ordered and the crew told me 15 minutes ETA, I agreed. 30 minutes passed and there is still no order. I checked and they haven't completed my order! I understand there are many deliveries (grab, food panda, etc) but she shouldn't have promised a 15 minutes ETA if they cannot fulfill it! I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it will take that long!!!!!! If I didn't check, it may have taken more than an hour to get my order!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH AGAIN!!! and will spread this experience!! (we are a BPO in the mall)

Yung customer na need Ng Official reciept . Matagal po Ang serving time Nila which is snay nmn nku Kase ganun tlaga sila so given na, ngayun nung bngay NPO sken ng guard Yung order ko chineck ko Kung kumpleto ok nmn yung food Kso Wala Yung o.r na which is nka note nmn. After nun lumapit ako sa cashier sbi ko bkit Wala yung o.r? Nka note nmn na. Sbi Nila teka lng dw po ggwan na wait lng dw po so lumipas Ang 6 minutes Wala pdin Ang o.r pmsok ule ako loob sbi Nila wait lng ule, sbi ko nmn o.r Lang Yun bt ganun katagal so lumipas Ang 8 minutes tinwag ako nang manager sbay sbing kuya sinusulat Kase yan. Sbi ko nmn po Alam ko mam sinusulat yan pero d nmn sguro aabutin yan ng 8 minutes dpt. Naghintay nku Ng matagal sa pagkain maghhintay pko ule Ng matagal sa o.r which is Hindi na dapat Kase nka note naman na. Ganito response sken. Ng manager na nakaduty Ng oras na yun. Babae po yun. Kuya Kung Hindi ka makapaghintay I cancel mo! So na pa wow nlng ako. Tanung ko lang po ganto po b dpt Ang attitude? Ng Isang manager which is sila nmn Ang may pagkukulang? Nag work dn po ako before sa hospitality industry kaya Alam ko po Yung salitang respeto sna Lalo Kung kayu nmn Ang may laapses.

Take note pag customer ako at omoorder ako Ng drinks jan d nmn sya bastos.

Very poor and bad customer service to think na yun branch manager pa ang nag take ng order ko. Sinabihan ko siya in a very nice way na "miss, bakit po hindi ka courteous sa customer nyo?" Hindi man lang siya nag sorry. Upon checking ang dami pala talagang negative feedback sa customer service ng Wendy's. Sad lang kasi favorite ko pa naman ang chicken nila pero sa bastos ng mga employee nila suportahan na lang po natin yun mga food chain na may quality ang customer service.

My Bf and I eat in Wendy's Boni Branch of Buy 1 Take 1 Frosty around 10:10 in the evening of April 30, 2019 because we're waiting for our friend's car who will fetch us. And they came around 10:22 in the evening I just read their message that they have arrived. That's why we hurry up immediately to get in the car, the reason that I forgot my cellphone in the table to the left side of the guard if you are coming to entrance. And we just call to the phone of Boni Branch to checked if they saw my cellphone or if their is someone surrendered my phone but they said nothing. That's why we request if they can check their CCTV camera and they said that they need to have a permission to the head. Mon We didn't stop anywhere else. And we just wanted to see the CCTV footage but the manager said that we need to get a Police Report to be able to see the CCTV footage. I just request for the immediate investigation regarding to my matters. I just only want a closure if it is true that their is no cellphone or if their is someone who get my cellphone. Thank you for understanding.

Recently my wife and I enjoyed a Holiday in the Philippines, mostly in the Clark region . While we were there we tried many food outlets including KFC, MaC Donalds , Jolly Bee, etc etc. Out of all the outlets we found your out let in SM Clark . We there friendly service together with a wonderful menu and very clean. It was a complete joy to go there and that we did as often as we could. You should be extremely proud of this team doing your company ever so well. Thank you Ron Vorbach.
