apaka tagal ng process ng motortrade kumuha aq ng motor pero installmaent basis since d ko pa kaya icash , kumuha ako ng motor paray magamit ako papasok pero anyre wala parin ung OR/CR ko..oo installment pero nagbbyad nman kme ng ayos , please nman mgprocess nman kayo ng maayos motortrade buti sna kung ninakaw ko ung pinandown ko sa inyo kso dugo at pawis ko un

Pki suyo nman, ang motorcycle plate ko is ready for pick up, nagbigay na ako ng notarized Authorization Letter to your LIASON OFFICER in Cebu branch, umabot na 2 months lagi nlang ako nag follow up pero wala pa nkuha ang plate number ko. Dito ako Nakabili ng motorcycle sa Dumaguete Branch nyo last 2018. Kung wala Lang Pandemic ako na kukuha kaso malayo po ako, please... Please... Pioneer insurance
Nag avail ako ng pioneer insurance june 10 nabayaran ko na parcitapating fee ko at sabi nila oorderin na daw ung pwesa bumalik ako ng july1 un pla d pa na ooder oorderin palang kesyu daw may cut off ang pag order ng pyesa first week of the month lang daw ganun ba tlga . process yamaha bagong silang po ung branch npakatgl ng process napa ka baba ng customer service nyu d pa maasikasu mga staff

We're harassed by your staff

Just sending this email to show you guys how rude and arrogant the person who did the CI for our application. He arrived at our address in less than 3-5 minutes and rushing us to finish off HIS job. First of all, we are the customer here second of all I am at work. He shouldn't be showing this kind of behavior in front of us. Regardless of what he will do next customers are always right, yes I know as I work in customer service. We felt harassed for what he did, asked everyone present at this time and you will see what kind of person he is. He didn't even say his name and to whom he is working. We even offered him water and welcomed him generously at OUR home.
He asked for my payslip and I said it was already forwarded to you and he said he is working for the bank so he won't see the file - with an arrogant tone. I told him that I have a soft copy that I can show him and then he agreed then when we wrap up the conversation he did not even bother to look at the payslip and called my supervisor asking for my salary which I believe is beyond irrelevant I’ve offered him the file already if you haven't known this yet, salary is confidential so this can't be shared by my supervisor in any way. After the conversation, he advised that the result is in 2-3 days then why is he messaging me now confirming the application is declined in less than 10hrs after we talked. I request another CI from a different person and if you could fire this person please do so. he is not the right one in this position.

Please don't make me post this on any social media platform I could think of.

Di ako inform sa kalagayan ng unit.
Ask kolang sana na kung pwede mapalitan ang unit ko. hindi ako inform na replacement na pla carbs at need nang i top overhaul ang unit ko. estimate ng mekaniko na natanungan ko almost 6k ggastusin ko sa overhaul. syang pera ko na down..panibagong gastos nnman ulit. sna matulungan nyoko. Betterliving branch po ako kumuha. eto contact number ko. ********

Napaka bagal ng process ng insurance, 4 months na wla parin!!! Anglaki n nga ng estimate s mga parts, tas ang bagal pa, dahilan nila, "di lang kau ang inaasikaso sir marami kau" , yan ang rason nila pero ang totoo di talaga inaasikaso,

Concern ko lng ang tagal ng request ko sa insurance na parts ng honda click 150i sa motortrade cabagan isabela branch na accident kc aq sa motor den nagrequest na aq sa pioneer, nagbayad narin aq ng 500 for participation fee para marequest ung parts na papalitan , sabi nila nung una 2months dadating na ung parts tapos ngayon naging 3months na daw? pa help po naman pa follow up sa branch ng motortrade cabagan isabela branch kasi parang tamad silang gumalaw ang dami nilang rason every pumupunta aq dun Good payer naman po ako paki ayos na lng po salamat ????

DISRESPECTFUL STAFF AT KABANKALAN BRANCH
CONCERN LANG PO AKO SA MOTORTRADE KABANKALAN CITY ... FEB.25 po YONG DUE NAMIN . TAPOS MARCH 11, NA PO KAMI NKBYAD KASI DELAYED PO ANG SAHOD .. PERO NAG PA BRGY. PA RIN SILA KASI DAPAT DAW BAYARAN YONG MARCH .. EHHH BAKIT SILA MAMIMILIT BAYARAN YONG MARCH .. WALA PA NMAN SA DUE DATE ? NAPAKA BASTOS PA PO MAG APPROACH NUNG SA FINANCING . Inefficient staffs poor custiner service
1. Inefficient staffs do not know how to answer queries
2. Poor customer service, when we got there, it took us almost a day to be able to sign the contracts, their reason is due to slow internet & waiting for the banks docs. They should have prepared the docs pra hindi n mag-antay ang customer. Ang tagal naming nakaupo dun tapos yung mga staffs nagtatawanan lang. And we have to go to GMA to get the motorcycle. IMAGINE! Ang customer pa ang kukuha ng motor.
3. We signed the docs late nov 2020 but up to date Jan 31 2021, still no OR/CR.

I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this shop in Imus near Robinsons Place.

Better to buy in Motorcentral because they have good customer service. Staffs are friendly & accommodating. The docs & motorcycle are ready when we got there. This is base on our experience when we bought the Nmax last 2019.
Maybe other motortrade shops in diff loc is better the the shop near Robinsons.
